Leaderboards and prize drops

Kakadu Casino Tournaments

Our tournament lobby combines leaderboard events, provider competitions, table-game leagues and prize-drop formats. Active and scheduled events can be filtered by Slots, Live & Table Games, Daily Drops or completed competitions, with each event keeping its own eligible games, dates, scoring and prize structure.

Tournament Lobby

Tournament cards are built around the information needed before a qualifying bet is placed:

  • Start and end time
  • Prize pool or reward format
  • Eligible games
  • Scoring method
  • Paid places for leaderboard events
  • Opt-in status
  • Minimum qualifying bet, when applicable

The main lobby tabs are Active, Upcoming, Daily Drops, Slots, Live & Table Games and Completed. Completed events retain settled results, while active events show the current leaderboard and remaining time.

Best Provider Tournament

The Best Provider Tournament uses selected provider games and pays the top 20 positions from a reward pool of €1,000 + 750 free spins. Its scoring formula is fixed: every €1 in qualifying real-money wagering earns 1 tournament point.

At this rate, €50 in qualifying wagering produces 50 points and €250 produces 250 points. The €1 = 1 point rate applies to the Best Provider Tournament; other events can use different scoring rules.

Kakadu Riches Tournament

Kakadu Riches is tied to Kakadu Million and uses a 777 free-spin reward pool across the top 16 positions. Players looking for the underlying slot can reach it through the Kakadu game lobby.

Drops & Wins

Drops & Wins combines €2,000,000 in prizes with two reward mechanics on selected provider slots: leaderboard ranking and daily prize drops.

Blackjack League

Blackjack League is a table-game competition with €1,000,000 in prizes, 500 daily prizes and a €10,000 top prize. Eligibility is restricted to the blackjack games assigned to the event rather than every blackjack table in the casino.

Mystery Drop

Mystery Drop uses Wazdan Coins games and a €4,000,000 mystery-prize format. A mystery drop does not depend on finishing in a final top position; the reward mechanic is attached to qualifying play during the event.

Crash Win

Crash Win covers Big Bass Crash and Spaceman with €300,000 in daily-drop prizes. The qualifying game set is narrow, which makes the game requirement more important than the general Fast Games category.

Lucky 6 Roulette Madness

Lucky 6 Roulette Madness uses roulette games and offers €1,000,000 in prizes. The format combines daily drops with Friday events, keeping it separate from a standard end-of-event roulette leaderboard.

Epic Jackpot Fireworks and Spinoleague

Epic Jackpot Fireworks uses selected slots, a €3,000 prize pool and top-20 format. Spinoleague is tied to Spinomenal slots and offers €2,000,000 in leaderboard prizes.

Other competitions such as Wild Summer, Lucky Hunter Tournament, Call of Slots, Fortune Roulette and Take Me Fishin’ remain available under their own cards when scheduled or active.

How to Join a Kakadu Casino Tournament

  1. Sign in to your Kakadu Casino account.
  2. Open the tournament lobby.
  3. Select an active competition.
  4. Activate the event when opt-in is required.
  5. Open one of the eligible games.
  6. Meet the event’s minimum qualifying bet when one is specified.
  7. Follow your progress on the tournament leaderboard or event panel.

A game can be part of the casino catalogue without being eligible for a particular event. The tournament card and event rules control qualification.

How Tournament Scoring Works

Kakadu competitions use more than one scoring model.

Wagering points

A fixed amount of qualifying real-money wagering earns a defined number of tournament points. The Best Provider Tournament uses the clearest version: €1 wagered equals 1 point.

Win-multiplier points

Some competitions can score a result relative to the stake rather than by raw wager volume. A win divided by stake produces the multiplier used by that event’s formula.

Accumulated leaderboard points

Points build during the competition period and determine rank. The current score and paid positions remain tied to that leaderboard until the event closes.

Prize drops

Daily or mystery drops resolve during qualifying rounds. A player does not need to finish in a final top position to receive a drop reward when the event uses this mechanic.

Mixed events

Drops & Wins combines two reward mechanics: leaderboard ranking and prize drops. The €1 = 1 point rate applies to the Best Provider Tournament; other events can use different scoring rules.

Eligible Games and Providers

Tournament eligibility is organised around the event itself:

  • selected-provider tournaments;
  • Kakadu Million events;
  • provider and network tournament titles;
  • Wazdan Coins games;
  • Spinomenal slots;
  • Big Bass Crash and Spaceman;
  • blackjack competitions;
  • roulette competitions;
  • fishing-themed slot competitions.

Eligible titles can be opened from the main game lobby.

Leaderboard and Prizes

A leaderboard can contain the player alias, current position, current points, score needed to move up, number of paid places, remaining event time and the reward assigned to each paid position.

Not every tournament pays the same number of places. Best Provider pays the top 20, Kakadu Riches the top 16 and Wild Summer the top 10. Other events use daily drops, mystery prizes or a broader leaderboard structure instead.

Tie resolution and reward-crediting times vary by tournament and follow the event-specific rules.

Tournaments and VIP Access

Some competitions can be reserved for eligible VIP tiers or offered as part of upper-level account benefits. VIP level thresholds, Comp Points, cashback and account-manager benefits remain on the VIP Program page.

Tournament participation itself still depends on the event rules, eligible games and any opt-in requirement.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I join a Kakadu Casino tournament?

Sign in, open the tournament lobby, select an active event and opt in when required. Then play one of the eligible games at or above the stated qualifying bet. Leaderboard events track points during the event period.

Which games count toward tournament points?

Only games assigned to the selected event count. The eligible set may be a provider catalogue, Kakadu Million, Wazdan Coins games, Spinomenal slots, Big Bass Crash and Spaceman, blackjack, roulette or another specified group.

How are leaderboard points calculated?

The formula depends on the event. Wagering points, win-multiplier scoring and other leaderboard systems can be used. The Best Provider Tournament has a fixed rate of 1 point for every €1 in qualifying real-money wagering.

Where can I see my current rank?

Open the active tournament from the lobby. Leaderboard events keep the current position and points with the event. The account dashboard can also include tournament rank for active competitions.

What happens when two players have the same score?

Tie-break rules depend on the individual tournament. When an event specifies a tie-resolution method, that rule applies.

When are tournament prizes credited?

Daily-drop rewards can resolve during the event, while leaderboard prizes are tied to the competition result. Reward-crediting time is stated only when the individual tournament specifies it.

Can free spins be tournament prizes?

Yes. Best Provider includes 750 free spins in its prizes, Kakadu Riches uses 777 free spins, and Wild Summer uses 750 free spins.

Are there blackjack and roulette tournaments?

Yes. Blackjack League covers blackjack, while Lucky 6 Roulette Madness and Fortune Roulette use roulette formats. Eligibility remains tied to the tables assigned to each event.
